For the most accurate result, measure the inside diameter of a ring you already wear on the same finger. Compare the measurement with the chart below.
If you don't have a ring to measure, you can estimate your size using a strip of paper:
1. Cut a narrow strip of paper and wrap it around your finger, just below the knuckle. Keep it snug, but not tight.
2. Mark where the paper overlaps.
3. Lay the strip flat and measure from the end to the mark with a ruler.
4. Find the circumference range that includes your measurement in the chart below.
The paper-strip method provides a helpful estimate, but measuring a ring you already wear will usually give you the most accurate result. You can also use a ring sizer to help determine your size.
